In June of 2006 Jim & Maira Roshan acquired Shutterbug Digital Photo (a regional pro lab) and Downing's Picture Perfect (a local consumer lab) and merged them into one new national level lab named Shutterbug Photo Lab under the Shutterbug Photo Mall umbrella. Shutterbug Photo Mall, based in Bowling Green, Ky. is a pro level photographic resource center with a commercial studio along with the area's only 30 minute photo consumer lab and full service pro level photo finishing lab. Along with a locally based school Shutterbug educates consumer and pro level cliental along with EventPhotoMarket.com's professional clients that come in from all over the world.
